This website is a labour of love spearheaded by dedicated members of the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association who have volunteered their time to start and maintain this website. By this medium, we aim to provide up-to-date, accurate information to the public on the ongoing work of the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association.

 

Public education is a critical role of the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association. In addition to public lectures, radio programs and panel discussions organized by the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association each year, which are all geared towards educating the public on legal matters of public interest, this website is another medium through which the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association seeks to carry out its public education mandate.

 

Each year, the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association spearheads several continuing legal education sessions for Attorneys-at-Law in St. Kitts and Nevis and the attendance at such events has been increasing steadily. We are heartened by the ardent interest of our members to stay current in terms of legal developments so that we, as Attorneys-at-Law, may all be in a position to better serve our clients and members of the public generally.

 

We also engage in public outreach and what we see as our duty to give back to the communities in which we operate. You will see from our newsletter and our photo gallery the various activities in which the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association engages to make a contribution to our communities, and in particular, vulnerable members of our communities. No doubt, our charitable events give our members great joy as well as a sense of pride and personal satisfaction. We can, and always strive to, do more!
